Kaitlin
My name is Kaitlin and I have been a trainee behavioural therapist since July 2024.
I started working with Rainbow after hearing about the supportive community that they have created for not only their clients but staff as well. I have previously worked for Wigan Warriors Community Foundation, delivering sports camps and lessons within schools and the local community. Having learnt how to create and deliver fun and actively engaging sessions at Wigan Warriors Community Foundation, I hope to produce fun sessions that are effective in achieving client targets. I am currently studying an Undergraduate degree in Educational Psychology at Edge Hill University, which will support my development and career as a behavioural therapist. Additional to my studies, I am a volunteer coach as well as an athlete playing Rugby League for the Wigan Warriors Women’s first team.
Reflection
With my background being largely in sport and education, I am an energetic and hardworking individual with a passion for helping others develop as well as an eagerness to continue to learn and develop my own skills. I can’t wait to work with Rainbow, bringing my energy and positivity to the team.
