I have a strong passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), which developed during my time as a Specialist Teaching Assistant. Through this role, I gained valuable experience supporting children with a range of needs and witnessed first hand the positive impact that consistent, compassionate support can have. This experience inspired me to pursue a role where I can continue making a difference. I’m particularly motivated to support not only the child but also their families—working closely with them to ensure they feel empowered, understood, and supported throughout their journey.
I am currently studying Psychology of Child Development at University and hope to complete a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis. I see myself as a friendly, empathetic person who always takes pride in working to the best of my ability. With a positive attitude and strong work ethic, I strive to build meaningful connections and create a supportive, understanding environment.
