Natalie Savage
Hi, I’m Natalie, I am delighted to be the Director of Rainbow Behavioural Therapies. I am passionate about working in the field of behavioural science.
In my previous work and throughout the development of Rainbow Behavioural Therapies my vision and aim is to utilise the skills and the passion that my team and I have for working with individuals to: support, encourage and help them discover their motivation to achieve their highest potential.
Director of Rainbow Behavioural Therapies
I am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and I am currently enrolled on a PhD Program with Bangor University, Wales. In 2014 I graduated from the Atlantis Dual Masters Exchange Program. From which I received a MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis, from Bangor University and a MA in Psychology with a focus in ABA, from CSU Stanislaus. This program entailed me completing one semester in Bangor University, Wales, one semester in SWPS in Warsaw, Poland and two semesters at CSU Stanislaus in California. I also have a 1:1 BA (Hons) degree in Childhood Studies and Psychology from Bangor University, Wales.
Education

Work Experience
I have held multiple roles delivering applications of behavioural science within the UK, Poland and California. These include roles within EBD education settings, alternative education settings and schools for children with severe physical and mental disabilities; early and intensive behavioural intervention for autism in clinical, home and school settings as a Therapist, Supervisor, BCBA Consultant and Provisions Manager BCBA; adult residential services as a PBS Practitioner and BCBA Consultant; teaching English as a foreign language to children and adults in home, school and business settings; private and clinical, independent and group supervision for individuals working towards BCBA and RBT accreditation and others who are applying or studying behavioural science; university research as a research assistant, MSc thesis supervisor and PhD candidate.
I have experience of implementing and supervising others in the implementation of; early and intensive behavioural intervention (EIBI / IBI), positive behavioural support (PBS) in school and adult support services, organizational behaviour management (OBM) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and behavioural strategies to support those with traumatic brain injury (TBI).
Reflection
I have always strived to make the most of each of the experiences that have been possible with the opportunities I have had and created for myself. As part of the team at Rainbow Behavioural Therapies I aim to create opportunities for and support my team in their ambitions and, as a team, we are determined to continuously strive to open up opportunities for our clients by providing them with high quality and meaningful services.
