I have 7 years’ experience working with adults with autism and learning disabilities in a supported living setting.
During these years, I have worked in various different roles including being a support worker, team leader and a PBS practitioner.
These roles gave the opportunity to work both directly with the individuals as well as supporting teams to provide high quality care that suited the needs of each individual.
Operational Lead and Behaviour Support Practitioner
I have a BSc degree in Psychology as well as an MSc degree in Health Psychology. I have completed the Level 4 BTEC in Positive Behavioural Support, and I am currently completing my Masters Degree in ABA and working towards becoming a BCBA. I am also one of the OASIS parent coaches here at Rainbow.
